MYTIGATE GmbH manages a digital platform that helps pharmaceutical companies to comply with the European Good Distribution Practice Guidelines (EU-GDP guidelines) by bringing together all aspects of digital supply chain risk assessments for the benefit of their customers. Since the introduction of the EU-GDP guidelines in 2013, pharmaceutical companies and their haulage companies have been required to ensure the quality of their entire supply chain and carry out a risk-based selection process for their transport partners. As an innovative, web-based service, MYTIGATE offers a new solution that helps pharmaceutical companies to select transport routes in compliance with the guidelines with those supply chain partners that offer the highest quality and the lowest risk.

MYTIGATE GmbH started its operations in April 2020 with a view to commercialise the results of the “Pharma Supply Chain Risk Management” research project. This project started in 2017 and was funded by the LOEWE3 innovation fund of the state of Hesse in Germany and led by the Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences.
