Désirée Schmitz from Frankfurt am Main has developed an environmentally friendly parcel backpack that promotes sustainable parcel transport on the last mile.

With the various PIKAPAK backpacks, parcels can be transported flexibly by bike, train, e-scooter or on foot instead of using a car. Standard parcel sizes and everyday items with a circumference of up to 1.80 metres can be transported.

The transport tool addresses the problem of cost- and emission-intensive parcel delivery on the last mile. PIKAPAK is thus contributing to the promotion of a sustainable mobility transition.
