PreserviTec offers an AI-supported SaaS* platform for the early detection of damage to structures such as bridges, factories, or buildings. A combination of drone inspections and intelligent data analysis makes damage visible at an early stage – long before it would be detected by conventional inspections. The collected data is automatically evaluated and visualized in a central dashboard. Satellite data will also be integrated to expand the database.

This precise condition analysis enables a significant reduction in maintenance costs, unplanned downtime and operational interruption. Public and private infrastructure providers receive reliable data to prioritize renovations in a targeted manner instead of merely reacting to visible damage. Middle-term plans include expanding the platform to include predictive AI models to ensure the long-term preservation of structures.
