Our building: Sustainable architecture meets innovation and networking

The architecturally striking HOLM building in the Gateway Gardens business district was designed by AS+P (Albert Speer + Partner) as an energy-efficient passive house and built to the highest sustainability standards. The non-territorial spatial concept, with a high proportion of shared spaces, enables flexible working arrangements and supports interdisciplinary collaboration, designed for encounters, networking, and cooperation. The architectural functional structure stands for maximum flexibility and promotes communication and teamwork.

A central courtyard – our green oasis within the HOLM building – with 600 m², plenty of natural light, and open communication zones encourage exchange and create an inspiring atmosphere – ideal for tenants who not only want to rent office space but also want to become part of a future-oriented working environment. Furthermore, the HOLM is surrounded by greenery, close to Frankfurt Airport and the Frankfurter Kreuz highway intersection.
