About the KompResifÖV project
Employees and companies are facing enormous challenges: Against the backdrop of digital transformation, the demands placed on existing job and activity profiles are changing rapidly for employees. At the same time, companies are confronted with changes in working relationships resulting from socio-culturally diverse teams. Both challenges also have a considerable impact on the operational areas of local public transport. But how can we strengthen organisational resilience in these areas?
The INQA Experimental Space Project KompResifÖV, funded by the Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, is testing participatory measures, digital learning opportunities and appointing resilience mentors who will work in companies as contact persons for challenges related to work pertaining to digital transformation and work in heterogeneous teams. The aim is to develop tools and work processes to strengthen the resilience of employees in public transport and to prepare companies for the changes described above.
The responsible contact person for the KompResifÖV project on behalf of HOLM GmbH is Project Manager Julia Rasp.
Further information about KompResifÖV will follow in due course.
